Ingredients
1/4 cup cocoa Valrhona. (They have it at Whole Foods. Don’t skimp here)
1/4 scant cup sugar
1 teaspoon corn starch
pinch salt
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
Directions
Whisk first four ingredients together in a small saucepan with 1/4 cup water, heat gently, then add 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup milk. Stir over med-low heat (but do not boil) until it coats the back of a spoon, approximately 10 minutes. Serve in latte cup with whipped cream dusted with cocoa (Dad’s real cream Readywhip was fabulous, better than Mom's marshmallow fluff. Go figure).
